This painting is a relief painting, it is made out of heavily layered acrylic molding paste that is applied to the stretched canvas with a pallet knife, then spray painted with color. The intention of this series is a deviation from paintbrushes to create form. The use of paintbrushes in this series are minimal. "Lavender Haze" is a depiction of a Cannabis tree.
