This painting is of Sadie's ongoing series "Messages in Paint" where she hand paints a message onto a canvas, then pushes paint across the words with a sheet of plexiglass. She calls this minimalist technique "push-painting". Sadie films this process, then edits the film in reverse as content for her TikTok. these short .4-.10 second inspiring quotes about art by artists (mostly) and with the intention to spread positivity, inspiration and motivation to her audience and fellow creators, along with an ode to the artists, past and current, that inspire Sadie.
